Dazzling white snow

We rested with a large group in February. We received a recommendation from friends about winter holidays in Karelia. The men went fishing on the local lakes. Well, the children and I enjoyed the fresh air, frost and incredibly clean snow.

The house is great. Hostess dream. Fireplace in the evenings. The bathhouse simply did not stop delighting us with a park and a fragrant fir broom. Too bad we had to leave soon. We will definitely come back again.

A chic house on the lake with all amenities, the kitchen is the dream of the hostess Nature, mushrooms, berries, fishing I liked it very much, we recommend it.

Great holiday for a family with children or several families. Lovely house with every comfort, including, not least, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen-living room with a large window, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave - everything a hostess needs!!! We rested in September, mushrooms, berries, fishing. I liked it very much! Nature, fresh air, just beauty! Recommended

The pandemic closed Finland, but there are wonderful places in Karelia too.

White snow, deafening silence, bright stars - everything we love.

The fishing is even better, the ruffs are bigger and the natives speak Russian (and they don't bite either).

We are the first visitors to this wonderful house. Some incompleteness of the cottage did not prevent us from having a wonderful rest, warm and comfortable.

We have not seen such a beautiful and snowy winter for many years. Next time we will definitely take skis.

Thanks to the owners! We will definitely come again!!!

We enjoyed relaxing in this cozy cottage. Very hospitable hosts. Thank you!

Everything in the house is thought out to the smallest detail, you feel at home. A chic fireplace that gives a kind of coziness and comfort.

Karelian nature is gorgeous, the weather let us down a little, it rained for 3 days. But this did not prevent us from picking cranberries, lingonberries and mushrooms. The weather didn't spoil our mood.

Bathhouse "fire" =) the bathhouse is very suitable for such weather.

We saw a lot of game. There are fish, but we were not lucky.

Thanks to the owners, we wish you prosperity from the bottom of our hearts!

We had a great time and welcomed the New Year. We caught two Okushkovs and two burbots. Skied. Wonderful holiday home. The best primer in the world is the road to Maslozero. For almost 100 km, not a single oncoming car))).

Спасибо огромное хозяевам дома. Место потрясающее. Мы отлично отдохнули, только жалеем, что очень мало (((. Если вернемся то уже минимум на неделю.
Что мы делали:

1) Отдыхали от городской суеты и шума

2) Ходили на рыбалку поймали 7 окушков

3) Баня-я-я-я ))) парились, а потом бегали в озеро

4) Наслаждались природой

5) Выяснили что магазин работает с 10 до 19

Fishing at Maslozero

We were at Maslozero in January 2021 on the first ice. We caught burbot and large perches. I liked everything, the only thing was that live bait fish had to be caught on a forest lambushka nearby. The house is really great.

In the summer of 2021, my husband persuaded me to go to Maslozero again in the hope of catching char. The first attempt in 2018 was unsuccessful. We were savages there and lived on the sandy beach for almost a week. This time we did not deny ourselves the comfort and rented this wonderful house. And most importantly - the result of the trip was achieved.
You should have seen the satisfied face of the spouse when, on the second day of his stay, he caught this slave. Yes, not one, but three. Moreover, 700 meters from the house. We did not have a steelyard, but one was 70 cm long. Thanks to the owners!!!

Zelenograd guys in the amount of 6 people rented this wonderful house in order to relax and go fishing. To our great regret, the fishing was not particularly successful.

The oil lake for all these days pleased with only twelve palm-sized glasses.

Tip for future travelers:

- Catch fish at a depth of at least 20 meters

Now about rest and nature:

- Huge gratitude to the owner of the house for trust and hospitality. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and is fully consistent with the description on the site. The house is very cozy, warm, pleased with the interior and attention to detail, for example, this review book =)

- The sauna made a positive impression on the boys

- A small lyrical digression: the motor from the boat is very heavy

- We were very lucky with the weather: the rain caught us only one day, mostly the sun was shining and a warm breeze was blowing

Oh, yes: it is full of mushrooms and berries; Blueberries are almost impossible to find at this time (departs), but lingonberries are in abundance. We scored 5-6 buckets of noble white Polish (guys look for smaller mushrooms)

We were satisfied with the rest, maybe we will be back!!!
